They provide individual services and e-services which include enquiries, advrse drug reaction report, issue age estimation certificate, and modify birth certificate, issue replacement of death, birth and lost age estimation.

Citizen services and e-services include tammini system, to whom it may concern certificate and request treatment abroad, patient report services include modify medical card data, refund of health card fee, issue medical card for local females, approve medical reports, issue medical card, attest sick leaves, attest sick leaves – 5 days up to 1 month, issuing permission to import medicines, submit medical complaints on government, complaints on private health facilities, request medical report, radiography, issue a birth and death certificate, smart patient portal system, approve retirement and medical deficiency, approve medical reports for abroad, renew medical card, attest patient companion leave.

Other services and e-services include individual preventive services, patient treatment services, healthcare specialist services and determination services.

It was established in 2011,to offer Evaluation of Healthcare Professionals, Licensing & Registration of Pharmaceutical Products, Clearance, Export and Import Permissions, Sick Leaves and Medical Reports, Medicine Suppliers, Training & Continuous Medical Education, Licensing of Medical Advertisements, Licensing & Registration of Healthcare Facilities, Preventive examinations of radiation risks, Control & Inspections.
