Description

Al Qudra Lakes, situated amidst the Seih Al Salam desert and Bab Al Shams, is at a desert garden from the bustling city having restful ride around Al Qudra Cycling Track, which is an incredible method to see the lovely desert dusk with a waterfront view and detect some nearby natural life.

It is found in its regular territory, from desert foxes to the oryx, or one of 170 flying creature species that live around the lakes. Swans, geese, ducks, flamingos and the Steppe Eagle and the Asian Houbara are seen in this premise.

Other birds sighted in the lake include the Glossy Ibis, Caspian Plover, Sanderling, Ruddy Turnstone, Gull-billed Tern that prefer coastal areas. Mainland and migratory birds include the Eurasian wryneck, Rosy Starling, Common Starling, shrikes, Wheatears, eagles and falcons, among others.
