The Protocol Department – Dubai oversees and arranges neighborhood and worldwide conventions for all the people in the nation as per the most elevated universal principles which mirror the picture of Dubai and the social legacy of the UAE people group.
The assignments of the division include:
· Executing convention capacities and organizing the official gatherings for His Highness the Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Crown Prince of Dubai, the Deputy Ruler of Dubai, and Members of the Dubai Ruling Family amid their official visits locally and abroad.
· Supervising and planning with concerned gatherings to compose occasions under the support or within the sight of His Highness the Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Crown Prince of Dubai, the Deputy Ruler of Dubai, and Members of the Dubai Ruling Family.
· Organizing the visit timetable of authority delegates visiting the UAE and anchoring all their convention related prerequisites.
· Acting as the contact between His Highness the Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Crown Prince of Dubai, the Deputy Ruler of Dubai, and Members of the Dubai Ruling Family and the certify political and consular partnerships in UAE, as a team with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
· Performing some other obligations and capacities doled out to the Department by the preeminent administration.
