Umm Hurair 2 is the region flanking the Dubai Creek in the middle of the Floating Bridge and the Al Garhoud Bridge. It is home to more current land advancement ventures, for example, Dubai Healthcare City, Al Boom Tourist Village and Dubai Creek Park.
Umm Hurair 1 and 2 are topographically isolated by the areas of Al Nasr and Al Karama.
